Big Photo Challenge...my entry

This week's theme in the Big Photo Challenge is "blue".
The Big Photo Challenge
This is another theme which seemed easy at first...but then I realised I don't really have many blue things in the house!
I love photographing glass, even though it's not particularly easy at time with too many reflections and things. This is a bracelet which I bought a couple of summers ago to go with a blue skirt that I have...I love the blue beads and couldn't resist photographing it! And of course, I've stuck with my current theme of "macros" too :)

    Amanda, thanks so much for the kind compliments! I started this blog about ohhhh 5 years ago, but it's only recently been resurrected when I started my photography challenge...before that it was posted on like once a year LOL. Feel free to join in :)

    Great photo. Jewelry is so difficult with all the reflection going on. I have a jewelry shop on Etsy (dfjewelry.etsy.com) and take photos of silver all the time. Not easy.

    Awwww don't be daft! Get it linked up! The challenge is for everyone. Everyone no matter how good at photography can still find room for improvement or trying something different. The challenge is as much about the story behind the photo :)

    I came to check on this week's "theme" and there isn't one yet. I guess I could do "BLUE" just to get the hang of what I might do. I am just so thrilled to be able to do something linked with others. And, I am happy to announce that I was able to add your button to my blog, as well as blogging about it and adding the photo challenge button, too! And, the best part about that was that I didn't have to ask my children for help or ask them to do it! They will be so proud of me (he he he). Remember when we had to program our parents' VCRs, etc. I never thought I would get to that "place".

    Looking forward to the next challenge.

    Hi Missy, if you look at the top of my blog, you will see a link to the latest theme - this was posted on 13th May just after midnight so has been available for nearly a couple of days now. You can join in any of the themes though - for a couple of weeks or so until the link closes. This week's theme is "three" - can't wait to see what you come up with :)
